Provision of a Graduate for International Growth Programme
International Marketing and Selling Skills have been identified as a critical gap within the SME sector and are highlighted in a number of government reports and strategies. In particular the action plan for jobs 2013 have identified the need for enhanced talent and skills in international marketing within the Irish SME sector. Enterprise Ireland has developed a number of programmes in executive education to respond to such challenges. Such executive education programmes and market development programmes will play a critical role in achieving this goal. Enterprise Ireland propose to partner with a 3rd level Executive Education provider to co-chair, design and deliver a commercially driven, experiential based graduate development programme which will enhance and accredit the academic and professional credentials of participating graduates, while at the same time accelerating marketing and sales performance of the Irish SME sector through the delivery of a defined project with a range of specific objectives.
