Provision and maintenance of outdoor advertising site and plant
CIE has a requirement for the provision and maintenance of outdoor advertising plant. This will include but is not limited to advertising removals, installations, upgrading, and the provision of electrical services as and when required.
The advertising plant consists of a nationwide holding of advertising sites:
— Including 4 sheet, 6 sheet, 12 sheet, 16 sheet, 32 sheet and 48 sheet static and Trivision sites,
— Railway bridges and other special advertising sites.
The duration of the agreement shall be for a 3 year period with an option to extend for an additional 2 years, any extension will be at the discretion of the contracting entity and may be awarded as 2 x 1 year terms or 1 x 2 year term. The contracting entity reserves the right to award the contract to one or more companies.
CIE invite applications from suitably qualified applicants to participate in this pre qualification process for the provision of these services.
