Printing and supply and distribution of personalised prescriptions/claim forms, non-personalised claim forms and itemised listings for the primary care reimbursement services. The requirement is for approximately 37 000 000 forms per annum, approximately 50 form types and 1.5 million pages of itemised listings per annum, over 7 sheet types.
