6 samples of each paper grade required must be submitted with all proposals.
All paper grades must be PEFC or FSC certified.
Tenderers must be capable of providing the following minimum service levels:

โ Orders received after 10:00 a.m Monday โ Friday shall be delivered by the following business day.
