Technical and professional ability:
(1) A statement of the candidate's average annual number of staff and managerial staff over the previous 3 years.

(3) All candidates will be required to provide certification from an independent body attesting conformity to environmental management standards in accordance with the Community eco-management and audit scheme (EMAS); or the European standard BS EN ISO 14001.

Contract execution
Other particular conditions:
All equipment must be CE marked and meet relevant safety and quality standards. Where servicing / maintenance and repair of equipment is required it is essential that bidders have suitably qualified technicians residing in Ireland or U.K.
Tenderers must be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of requirements for Polysomnographic Equipment relevant to a Paediatric environment and must be able to comply fully with all the service requirements as per the tender documents.
Sucessful tenderers must note that they are operating in a hospital environment and must abide by hospital policies in relation to infection control and health and safety.
Successful tenderers will remove all packaging and waste from the hospital at time of installation. This may include removing old equipment.
Sucessful tenderers will be required to produce an up to date tax cert.
