New ross library project
The New Ross Library extension and renovation project consists of significant building works to the existing 1970s library to accommodate additional library facilites. The building is situated on Barrack Lane, New Ross, Co. Wexford. Works include the construction of a new 2 storey extension including a new stairs and lift core. A new mezzanine floor will be constructed within the existing building. Utilities including power, gas, data & drainage will be connected on site and brought to the building from various locations. The building will be clad in a mixture of stone cladding and specialised curtain wall glazing and there will be a limited amount of external hard and soft landscaping.
