N56 Leitirmacaward to Glenties - Land Conveyance and Legal Services

The Project involves the widening and realignment of 15,8km of National Secondary Route on the N56 from Leitirmacaward village to Kilraine, south of Glenties in County Donegal. The existing road is sub standard and it is proposed to construct a Type 3 Single Carriageway which will be partly online and partly offline.
A Compulsory Purchase Order is in place to acquire all lands necessary for the scheme and it is anticipated that Notice to Treat will be served with regard to all plots by end 2012.
The Consultant will be required to provide all land conveyance and legal services necessary for the acquisition of lands for the N56 Leitirmacaward to Glenties Road Scheme which are included in the Donegal County Council N56 Leitirmacaward to Glenties (Kilraine) Compulsory Purchase Order, 2011. These services include, but are not limited to, title research, conveyancing, property registration, Assessment & Arbitration.
