Multi-party framework agreement for the construction of maintenance depots
National Roads Authority (NRA)
The Contracting Authority (National Roads Authority) wishes to appoint Contractors to a multi-party framework agreement for the construction of maintenance depots at selected locations around the national road network in Ireland. The scope of works include:
— The provision of an office building and maintenance facility,
— Construction of a salt barn,
— Site development works (drainage, hardstanding, car park, access roads, earthworks, service diversions, public lighting),
— The provision of a washdown area,
— The construction of an office/administration building for the Local Authority winter maintenance operations,
— The provision of covered parking for gritters and other maintenance vehicles,
— Buffer planting around the site.
