Health Service Executive (HSE)

Development of a 40 bedded mental health residential unit in Killarney, Co. Kerry. At this time the HSE intends appointing a technical advisory team (architect, mechanical & electrical engineering consultant, civil & structural engineering consultant, quantity surveyor). Subject to necessary approvals the HSE will then at a later stage appoint a design and build contractor from an existing HSE design and build framework.
