Major Extension to Ardgillan Community College
The major extension to the existing Post Primary School comprising three storey teaching accommodation, single storey special needs unit and a double height main physical education hall with changing and ancillary areas at ground floor and fitness suite and social areas at first floor at an overall area of approx 8300m2. Site Development including amendments to existing access roads, new roads, services infrastructure and car parking, stores and sub station, all weather pitch and floodlighting,associated servicing and landscape works. The extension is to be constructed to allow completion of prioritised College Accommodation by August 2013 and the remaining Contract works by August 2014.
