Limerick Institute of Technology

Limerick Institute of Technology (LIT) wishes to invite tender submissions for the provision of Catering Services for a period of one year initially. LIT reserve the right to extend the contract for a further minimum of 12 months or a maximum of 48 months and this contract may be extended to other LIT campuses or venues (Subject to review). This is a competitive procurement process in accordance with EU procurement rules. The Institute has on its 3 campuses an overall student population of 4822 full time day students (including 363 apprentices) and 513 part-time students who attend classes at Moylish Park, Clare Street or Thurles Campus on between one and three evenings (after 6 p.m.) per week.
We employ 472 permanent staff and 97 part-time staff (Moylish, Clare Street & Thurles campuses). There are 7 catering outlets which are expected to run daily.
