Building works will vary in size and nature but will all be to a third level education standard. Works will include new build and refurbishment works. The actual scope of works for each project will be specific to each site/location and will include, but not limited to categories such as Catering and Hospitality and support accommodation,Science Research and Development including wet and dry labs,Standard third level accommodation,Sports buildings and associated facilities.
The Framework Agreement will apply to individual projects with anticipated project values ranging from 500 000 EUR to 5 000 000 EUR excluding VAT.
