Legal Services (Supplementary Addition to Existing Child Care Panels)
A key element of the implementation of the strategic legal programme was the delivery of a new national contracting model for services required from solicitors. This contracting model was successfully implemented on 1.3.2011 following a competitive tender process. HSE has now identified a requirement to create additional capacity in the area of Child Care Law for the geographical regions, Dublin Mid Leinster and Dublin North East. In this regard, HSE intends to augment the existing operational panels already appointed under the established contracting model.
Interested parties should note that the required services are Annex IIB services and, accordingly, only Articles 23 and 35(4) the Consolidated Public Procurement Directive 2004/18/EC for the award of public service contracts, as amended, apply to the award of the contract.
