Legal Advisor for the sale of the Energy Business of Bord Gáis Éireann
Bord Gais Eireann intends to award a contract to appoint a legal advisor in relation to the sale of the Energy Business of BGE. The Legal Advisor will provide legal advisory services in respect of the proposed disposal of BGE Energy, including advice and assistance in relation to the structure of the transaction, the transaction process, preparation of legal documentation, key regulatory and other consent requirements, pre-transaction restructuring measures, approach to due diligence, legal negotiations, etc.
