Minimum level(s) of standards:
LOT 1 - Competition Equipment.
(1a) Company Experience
Tenderers must provide examples of contracts delivered within the last 3 years which clearly demonstrate their company experience of supplying specialist boxing equipment to sporting organisations (i.e. not for domestic use) in the quantities outlined in the Pricing Schedule.

Within the examples given the following details must be included.
i) Identity of organisation to which goods were sold;
ii) Quantity, value and description of each product range delivered; and
iii) Confirm if items were delivered within stipulated timescale.
(1b) Competition Equipment list (Appendix 1)
Confirm that all boxing competition equipment supplied holds a current AIBA license and complies with EC standards.
(1c) Photographic Images/Technical Specification.
Tenderers must submit photographic images for all items listed within the Pricing Schedules for Lot 1 (Appendix 1).
These photographic images must include product data sheets and where applicable show compliance with current AIBA license. An assessment panel will then check if the goods supplied meet the product descriptions set out in the tender (the panel reserves the right to request either samples or view similar equipment in use). If the panel are satisfied that the equipment meets the required specification, then the lowest priced tender will be accepted.
