The Presidents of the BMW institutes seek to establish two multi-party framework agreements comprising individuals to assist with the development of a proposal for the creation of a Technological University. The successful framework members will provide expert advice to the Steering Group in relation to the development of a proposal for a Technological University for the BMW region in accordance with the process determined by the Higher Education Authority.
LOT 1: The successful framework members will be expected to advise the Steering Group on various matters relating to the creation of a Technological University and the process of creating a successful merged institution, and may also be required to advise other groups formed by the Steering Group as part of the process.
LOT 2: The successful framework members will be expected to develop detailed processes and procedures required for the new Technological University in accordance with an overall framework agreed by the Steering Committee.
