HSE invites tenders from suitably qualified service providers to provide high-support residential care services for adults (under 65 years) disability services for Galway and for older people services for Galway & Roscommon PCCC areas, incorporating long-stay, short-stay & respite services. The HSE invites tenders as 3 separate Lots as follows:
Lot 1: Provision of high-support residential care in an existing private nursing home facility for 6 adults (under 65 yrs) with a physical & sensory disability.
Lot 2: provision of high-support residential care in a HSE-owned facility for 6 adults (under 65 yrs) with a physical & sensory disability and for 6 adults under Services for older people.
Lot 3: both lot 1 & lot 2 as above.

(2) All candidates will be required to produce a certificate or declaration demonstrating that the candidate, their directors, or any other person who has powers of representation, decision or control of the candidate has not been convicted of conspiracy, corruption, bribery, or money laundering.
