GMIT RFT for humanities courses-Irish language service provider
Galway Mayo Institute of Technology
GMIT wishes to appoint a service provider to deliver Higher Diploma and Masters of Science courses through the medium of the Irish language in applied Irish and Irish translation from January/February 2012 until August 2014. With the enactment of the Official Languages Act, greater opportunities are now available for those wishing to attain employment in the field of translation. As well as equipping students with the skills needed to translate professionally, this course comprises a variety of modules focused on other aspects of the language industry.
