Loose Furniture Spreadsheet consists of 14 lots/lists. Each List Numbers 1 - 14 in PBU Listing to be priced seperately.
Tenderers are advised that if they wish to tender for more than one lot they must each be submitted under separate cover per the instructions in the RFT.
Tenderers are reminded that they must price the relevant List, transfer the exclusive of VAT total to the Summary of Lots sheet and carry forward the relevant Lot total to the Form of Tender.
Tenders will only be accepted in Hard Copy. Emailed tenders or Faxed Tenders will not be accepted.
Loose furniture tender must be accompanied with prove of certification by independent body to relevant Standards.
โ Specifications and quantities must exactly match the tender (attached documents). It is essential that all items tendered exactly match the specification and quantities listed.
All queries or requests for clarification relating to any aspect of this public procurement competition or of this RFT must be directed to the Q&A facility available on www.etenders.gov.ie. Queries will be received no later than 5.3.2012 unless otherwise published on www.etenders.gov.ie by the Contracting Authority.
