Framework agreement for topographical survey services

National Transport Authority

The National Transport Authority ("the Contracting Authority") is acting as a central purchasing body in respect of a multi party framework agreement ("the Framework Agreement") for the provision of topographical survey services for transport related projects ("the Services") with an anticipated duration of 3 years, with a possible extension, at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority, for a further 12 months.
The list of Public Bodies that will be entitled (but not obliged) to drawdown Services from the framework agreement are set out in Section VI.3 of this contract notice.

Frequency of contracts to be awarded:

The Contracting Authority estimates that 5 to 10 contracts may be awarded under the framework agreement in each year, with an average indicative value of each contract estimated to be 10 000 EUR and that an additional 1 to 3 contracts may be awarded under the framework agreement in each year, with an average indicative value of each contract estimated to be 30 000 EUR. These amounts represent estimates only and actual amounts may vary from these estimates.
