Framework agreement for the provision of legal services
The Contracting Authority requires legal services in respect of the range of its core and non-core services. The intention is to establish a framework agreement for legal services in 5 lots categorised as follows:
Lot 1 - property based services;
Lot 2 - code enforcement;
Lot 3 - financial recovery;
Lot 4 - general local government legal advisory services including employment and labour law;
Lot 5 - public procurement and contract law.
These services are required based on the normal day to day operations of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority wishes to establish a framework agreement for legal services in respect of the five Lots. The three highest scoring tenderers will be invited to participate in each lot under the framework. Contracts in each lot will be awarded using the ‘cascade’ method.
