Framework agreement for street lighting lamps & luminaires

Tenders are invited for the supply and delivery to public lighting stores of high intensity discharge lamps, low pressure sodium (SOX), high pressure sodium.
(SON), metal halide (CDOTT) & Cosmopolis (CPOT) functional street lighting luminaires. It is the intention of Dublin City Council to award a framework agreement with 3 lots: lot 1 as a multi-supplier framework with at least 5 suppliers for high intensity discharge lamps; lot 2 as a multi-supplier framework with at least 5 suppliers for functional street lighting luminaires (SOX) and lot 3 as a multi-supplier framework with at least 5 suppliers for functional street lighting luminaires (SON, CDOTT & CPOT).
Dublin City Council proposes to place a minimum of 5 suppliers on the framework agreement for each of the 3 lots provided there is a sufficient number of qualified candidates for each lot.
Dublin City Council is using the open procedure for this contract. Therefore, while all interested parties may submit a tender by the tender deadline, only those who demonstrate their competence by responding to the information requirements under financial/economic capacity and technical/professional ability, as outlined in the Conditions for Participation Section (III.2) of this notice will have their tender considered.
