The tender evaluation criteria is detailed within the ITT, however bidders are asked to note that the tender evaluation will follow a 2 stage evaluation, with the first stage comprising a scored evaluation of the bidder capabilities and experience which will result in 3 bidders being shortlisted for the full evaluation in Stage 2.
Bidders are further asked to note that there will be an one off opportunity to visit the 3 properties on Friday 20th July. Further details on the specific arrangements for these site visits will be publised w/c 9th July.
