DAA is inviting proposals from Food and Beverage Operators for 2 units in Terminal 1. These units are strategically located and suggested concepts have been chosen to maximize overall sales, meet customer expectations and dovetail with the planned re-configuration of the Terminal.
The proposed offers should convey the overall strategy for Food and Beverage at the Airport and should reflect the very best of Irish and International trends The DAA Food and Beverage is based on the following criteria: Genuine Customer Interaction Value for Money Taste /superior experience Design Led Environments National Provenance Strong Fresh Food Emphasis All Day Solutions A Menu of Brands Focus on Hero Products.
The successful operators will be expected to provide customers with innovative product offerings that address the key issues of product, price and ambience, instead of relying wholly on brands.
