A number of key regeneration projects were already at an advanced site / pre-site stage at this time with design teams and contractors appointed. In addition a number of Limerick City Council projects will now be undertaken as part of the regeneration programme. To ensure that the identified projects are developed to meet the requirements of the regeneration programme the Office of Regeneration wish to appoint an Employers Agent to manage the regeneration project on their behalf as soon as possible.
