Design Team Services for GMIT's Student Services Space building
Galway Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT) proposes to engage in a competitive process for design team services for the demolition, temporary accommodation, new build and limited refurbishment of the existing Student Services Space building at the Institute’ campus off Dublin Road, Galway.
The design team services required are divided into a number of lots. Tenderers may apply for one, various or all lots:
— Lot 1: Architectural Services (including Design Team Lead, Fire Safety Certificate services and Planning Services),
— Lot 2: Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services,
— Lot 3: Quantity Surveying Services,
— Lot 4: Civil and Structural Engineering Services,
— Lot 5: Project Supervisor for the Design Process Services.
The duration of the contract under each lot is of 52 months.
