The successful Tenderer will be required to develop and provide an over-the-counter personal cash payment to Customers on behalf of the Contracting Authority. Payments to Customers made under this public procurement competition will, during the early stages of the Contract Term, include a large proportion of those currently being paid in cash throughout the State.
