DCU respirometer analysis of human tissue
Dublin City University (DCU)
DCU wished to invite tenders for the supply for a respirometer for the quantification of oxidative metabolism and mitochondrial function in human tissue. The respirometer should have sufficient resolution and specificity to allow for measurement in small quantities of human tissue or isolated mitochondria from this tissue. Additional measures of mitochondrial membrane integrity and ATP production would be preferrable.
