NAMA, as promoter, is seeking proposals for the provision of custodian and/or fund administration services for a qualifying investment fund. The services are more particularly defined in the RFP attached to this notice.
A separate contract will be signed for custodian and administration services.

NAMA conducted this competition for and on behalf of the Qualified Investor Fund (QIF). NAMA will recommend to the board of the QIF that Northern Trust (Ireland) Limited is a suitable provider of custodian and fund administration services. It is a matter for the board of the QIF to accept the appointment - this is not envisaged to take place before 27.11.2012. NAMA has no further involvement with respect to the appointment of Northern Trust (Ireland) Limited.
