This RFI is for a licence for a site adjacent to the Dublin Airport Exit Corballis Road North in close proximity to the existing Airport Service Station and planned drive-thru/fast-food restaurant facility. The licence will allow the successful candidate to apply for planning permission, and to design, finance, build, operate and maintain a convenience store on the site. The licensee shall incur all expenses in relation to the planning, design, and construction of the facility and will pay to the DAA an annual fee for a licence to operate the Convenience store. The successful candidate will be required to procure full planning permission for the Convenience store on the site.
