The 79 units comprise; 14 no. 3 bed houses, 32 no. 2 bed houses, 2 no. 3 bed duplex apartments, 3 no. 2 bed duplex apartments, 16 no. 2 bed apartments, 10 no. 1 bed apartments and 2 no. 1 bed apartments for special needs.
The proposed development consists of the carrying out of works, which would materially affect the character of a protected structure, namely the former Tait Clothing Factory buildings, RPS Ref: 335.
