Concession Managed Print Solution for students

TCD are looking for a single vendor to propose, implement and manage an integrated future proof solution to include printing, copying and scanning in all locations for the next four years. The machines must be capable of printing from wireless laptops, mobile devices, usb devices, email printing and from the cloud. The solution must also be capable of scanning to email and sub devices. This solution must be efficient, robust and be fully capable of providing a consistent high quality service over the duration of the contract.
These services are being procured as a service concession within the meaning of the European Communities (Award of Public Authoritiesโ€™ Contracts) Regulations 2006 (the โ€œRegulationsโ€). The University of Dublin, Trinity College will not be bound by the terms of the Regulations for the purposes of this competition but will, however, be conducting this competition in accordance with EU fundamental principles (transparency, equality of treatment, non discrimination).
