Coffee Shop/Restaurant & Retail Unit Franchises at Waterford Regional Hospital
This tender process is undertaken to award contracts under licence agreements for franchises in Waterford Regional Hospital, as separate Lots as follows:
Lot 1: Coffee Shop/Restaurant at Waterford Regional Hospital.
Lot 2: Shop/News Agent, Waterford Regional Hospital.
Lot 3: Vacant Retail Unit C in main concourse, Waterford Regional Hospital.
Tenders are invited Separate tender responses and costings must be submitted in respect of each Lot tendered. Tenderers may tender for one, some or all of the Lots indicated. The HSE reserves the right to award a contract if awarded, to one or more service providers.
