CNWR - design services for the development of circa 23 no. residential units
Design Services for the development of cica 23 no. residential units and associated site works including demolition works associated with existing dwellings on a brown field site for Cork City Council.
Cork City Council wishes to establish a Design Team who will provide professional design related services.
The design team will comprise the following principal services/disciplines:
1. Architect (as design team lead, employer’s representative & project supervisor design process);
2. Civil/structural engineer;
3. Building services engineer;
4. Quantity surveyor.
The architect must include as part of their SAQ response the following specialist skills:
1. Fire safety design;
2. Landscape design;
3. Project supervisor design process.
Please note that the design team is responsible for the project management of all design processes/services. Cork City Council may separately appoint a project manager with responsibility for the implementation of the overall project/programme.
It is intended that provided there are sufficient suitable Applicants, the five (5) highest ranked applicants will be invited to participate in stage 2 of the tender competition.
Tenders will be evaluated against the award criteria and ranked in order to determine the most economically advantageous tender.
