NSCDA (Operations) Ltd

NSCDA wishes to appoint a contractor to remove and safely dispose of the existing CHP unit and to supply, install, commission, test and maintain for 5 years a new CHP unit at the National Aquatic Centre. The works shall include strip out and disposal of the existing CHP unit, associated building works, mechanical and electrical diversion works within the plant rooms to facilitate the removal of the existing CHP, mechanical and electrical and CHP commissioning, testing, handover and demonstration. The scope of works is more particularly set out in the request for tenders document and in particular the specification is set out at Appendix 4 of that document.

The prime contractor will be responsible for the delivery of the works (including maintenance services) provided for under the terms of the agreement and shall assume all the duties, responsibilities and costs associated with the position of prime contractor.
