Catering Services for the Central Bank of Ireland
The service of Catering for all Central Bank locations is required. The service required includes the management an in-house catering team at the Dame Street and Sandyford complexes and the provision of staff at Iveagh Court and Spencer Dock complexes in the production of food for which the supplier will receive remuneration on a fixed cost basis. Current outsourced staff may be subject to TUPE. The service will allow the Central Bank to have maximum control and flexibility of all of the catering resources within the Central Bank organisation.
