Health Service Executive (HSE)

Tenders are invited to operate, under license agreements, the café and shop in the Cork University Maternity Hospital and the shop on the main concourse in Cork University Hospital, as separate Lots as follows:
Lot 1: Café at Cork University Maternity Hospital.
Lot 2: Retail Unit at Cork University Hospital.
Lot 3: Retail Unit at Cork University Maternity Hospital.
Tenderers may tender for one, some or all of the Lots indicated. The HSE reserves the right to award a contract, if awarded, to one or more service providers.
Please note that, in accordance with relevant food regulations, food cannot be cooked from raw ingredients on site at theHSE premises; prepared foods must be prepared off-site and transported to the site in suitable food containers using appropriate temperature-controlled transport facilities.
