The University of Dublin, Trinity College invites expressions of interest for the provision of products branded under the Book of Kells logo on a concession basis.
The successful tenderer will provide a range of products through a number of channels under an initial 2-year license with the option to renew for 3 further periods of one year, subject to annual review and satisfactory performance.
These services are being procured as a service concession within the meaning of the European Communities (Award of Public Authoritiesโ€™ Contracts) Regulations 2006 (the โ€œRegulationsโ€). The University of Dublin, Trinity College will not be bound by the terms of the Regulations for the purposes of this competition but will, however, be conducting this competition in accordance with EU fundamental principles (transparency, equality of treatment, non discrimination) in a manner similar to a negotiated procedure, as further detailed in the tender documents.
