Better Energy Warmer Homes targets owner occupied households experiencing energy poverty in line with the Strategy for Affordable Energy in Ireland. The objecive of this tender is to establish a framework of contractors to install energy efficiency measures in eligible homes nationwide.
Specific actions for the works consist of installation of attic and cavity wall insulation and a range of basic energy efficiency measures, provision of energy advice and may include Post works Building Energy Rating (BER) and Pre Grant Evaluation Estimates (PGEE) to all eligible homes based on a works order.
