Auditing of ESB's Contractor Employment Standards
Under its Corporate Social Responsibility policies, ESB has implemented a set of Contractor Employment Standards (CES) to ensure that contractors and subcontractors providing services to ESB treat their employees in a just and fair manner and comply with all statutory and other obligations pertaining to pay and conditions of work. To help ensure compliance, all relevant contracts will be audited on a regular basis. ESB wishes to place a Framework Agreement for the provision of this auditing service.
