The Health Service Executive (HSE) invites tender submissions for the provision of Medical & Surgical Consumable Products – (hereafter referred to as “Floor Stock Products”). It is the participating parties’ intention that a very substantial amount of their requirements for “Floor Stock Products” over the next 36 to 60 months will be procured through this Contract. To enable this, as existing contracts that were formally awarded via a EU competitive tender process expire, or following a sufficient notification period having been given to Suppliers under the terms of such contracts or other supply arrangements, the replacement of those arrangements will be conducted under the terms of this National Tender.
