Work organisation and innovation
The European Foundation has been working for a number of years on topics such as work organisation, participation of employees, direct participation and organisational change, team work and high-performance organisations and recently on flexibility practices at workplace level, company performance and human resource practices.
This tender 'Work organization and innovation' is planned to take this research further and provide some input to the policy debate on innovation.
