Suitability to pursue the professional activity:
The suitability of tenderers will be checked by establishing that none of the exclusion criteria set out in paragraph 3.4 and 3.5 of the Instructions to tenderers apply to them.
Economic and financial standing: In accordance with the criteria set out in the suitability questionnaires.
Technical and professional ability: In accordance with the criteria set out in the suitability questionnaires.
Contract execution
Deposits and guarantees required:
Performance bond, professional indemnity, employers liability, public liability and contractors all risks insurance policies in accordance with the contract documents.
Main financing conditions and payment arrangements and/or reference to the relevant provisions governing them:
Payment will be made on foot of certification by the employers representative and payment details will be set out in the tender documents.
Legal form to be taken by the group of economic operators to whom the contract is to be awarded: Prior to award of Contract any group of contractors must form a legal entity.
Other particular conditions:
It is a condition of the award of this Contract, that the successful tenderer and all sub-Contractors will produce a valid tax clearance certificate or C2 certificate from the Revenue Commissioners of Ireland. In the case of non-resident tenderers a statement of suitability on tax grounds from the Revenue Commissioners of Ireland will be required.

A copy of the legal agreement between parties will be required before award of Contract.
It will be a condition of the award of this Contract that the main Contractor and all sub-Contractors will provide evidence of membership of a satisfactory pension and sick pay scheme.
