Grangegorman Development Agency

The Grangegorman Development Agency (GDA) is the statutory agency established by the Irish Government to promote and facilitate the development of the Grangegorman site.
Grangegorman is situated within Dublinโ€™s North Inner City on the site of St Brendanโ€™s Hospital. The development lies east and west of Grangegorman Road Upper and has a total area of approximately 70 acres. The site currently comprises a number of hospital and administration buildings set in large green space areas.
The scope of services in broad terms includes a mixture of topographical and existing utilities surveys that are to be carried out both internally within the site and external to the site.
These surveys will be used by the GDA and other stakeholders for the purpose of furthering the development of the Grangegorman site as a mixed use development to include an educational and healthcare campus.
