Two Single Supplier and Two Multi Supplier Framework Agreements for Fabric Maintenance Services
UCD is issuing this qualification questionnaire inviting expressions of interest as the first stage of a two-stage process. The purpose of the first stage is to obtain information from candidates to determine their suitability on the basis of financial capacity, technical capability and relevant experience to carry out the contract.
Suitable candidates will be shortlisted and it is envisaged that a minimum of the top five scoring, suitably qualified candidates (with maximum of eight) per Lot will be invited to tender for the appointment to the Framework Agreements as described in the qualification questionnaire (available to download from
www.etenders.gov.ie).
UCD wishes to set up both Single Supplier and Multi-Supplier Framework Agreements for the following Lots:-.
Lot 1 Building Fabric Operational Maintenance (Single Supplier);
Lot 2 Building Fabric Planned Preventative Maintenance.
(Multi-Supplier);
Lot 3 Flooring & Tiling Operational Maintenance (Single-Supplier); and.
Lot 4 Flooring & Tiling Planned Preventative Maintenance (Multi-Supplier).
The anticipated duration of each of the Framework Agreements will be for two years from date of award of the Framework Agreement, renewable annually (maximum duration of four years from date of award of the Framework Agreement) and subject to regular reviews and satisfactory performance.
