Description of options:
Any contract that may result from this public procurement competition will be issued for a term of twelve (12) months. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the term for a period of up to twelve (12) months with a maximum of 1 such extension on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority obligation at law.
