The instruments of interest will be used principally for the separation of carbohydrates and glycopeptides and carry additional functionality as the upstream separation point for LC-MS. Detailed specification requirements are included in appendix B of the tender document.Lot 3 - quarternary pump UHPLC instruments.The client requires the supply, installation, commissioning and a 3-year maintenance service for four quaternary pump UHPLC instruments. The instruments of interest will be used for advanced method development for improving the chromatographic method for carbohydrate and glycopeptide analysis. Detailed specification requirements are included in appendix C of the tender document.Lot 4 - quadrupole mass spectrometer.The client requires the supply, installation, commissioning and a 3-year maintenance service for a quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometer for the analysis of proteins, peptides, glycopeptides and glycans. This is to directly replace an existing redundant instrument. The instrument should have a nano electrospray source with nano electrospray inlet and be supplied with a compatible UHPLC system coupled to UV/FLR detectors.
