Lot 1: automated liquid handling system.
Lot 2: 2 X binary UHPLC instrument.
Lot 3: 4 X quarternary UHPLC instrument.
Lot 4: QTof mass spectrometer with UHPLC.
Tenderers may apply for one or all lots.

Quantity or scope: The instrument should be compatible with our current automated glycan analysis methodologies and should be amenable to integration of an external drying system. We require that the tenderer source and provide an appropriate drying system.

The client requires the supply, installation, commissioning and a 3-year maintenance service for 2 binary pump UHPLC instruments.
Quantity or scope: Both of these instruments require fluorescence detectors and one requires additional UV detection. These instruments will be operated both standalone and coupled to mass spectrometry and as such must be compatible with our LC-MS analytical workflows.

The client requires the supply, installation, commissioning and 3-year maintenance service for a quadrupole time-of-flight (QTOF) mass spectrometer to replace an existing instrument.
Quantity or scope: The instrument of choice will preferably be a high resolution mass spectrometry system with time-of-flight technology for the accurate mass determination of chemical/peptide/glycopeptides/glycan molecules in a wide range of sample matrices. The instrument is required to be supplied with an electrospray and nanoelectrospray source with electrospray and nanoelectrospray inlet and supplied with a compatible UHPLC system coupled to UV/FLR detectors.
