Quantity or scope
The purpose of this ITT is to contract with a potential tenderer for the most economically and advantageous print management and printing services solution. The tenderer shall meet all requirements set forth in this PQQ and must fully demonstrate their experience and operational capabilities to deliver a print management and printing service solution. Please ensure your submission clearly demonstrates your capability to provide the following service(s).— The printing or procuring of BGE print material of various paper weights, size and volumes, including but not limited to letter headed paper, compliment slips and business cards, leaflets, brochures, annual reports, company magazines, newsletters and direct marketing programmes,— The sourcing of appropriate paper stock as required and promoting the use of paper from sustainable forests or Forest Stewardship Council Certified paper at all times,— The provision to supply artwork and typesetting services,— The provision to supply design services for creation and amendment of leaflets, brochures, business cards letter headed paper, compliment slips, annual reports, company magazines and newsletters,— To provide processes and systems that maintain corporate identity and brand integrity, while using the latest methodologies and controls to guarantee adherence to the Bord Gais Energy brand guidelines,— The Provision to provide fulfilment, logistics and distribution services, to include order management, inventory management, product traceability and documentation by using track and trace system that allows BGE to monitor the progress from raw materials to the finished products.
