The Provision of Energy Advisory Services
This public procurement competition relates to the provision of services of an energy advisor with expertise in procurement and change management facilitation in the electricity, natural gas, liquid and solid fuel markets. The energy advisor will provide strategic and operational advice on all energy related issues to the National Procurement Service.
