All vehicles supplied under lease shall be compliant with Irish Safety Health and Work Legislation and any associated Regulations. Vehicles supplied under lease shall be as new and shall have routine and preventative maintenance, as per manufacturers instructions, carried out by the council for the duration of the lease. Vehicles supplied under lease shall be insured, Fuelled, and DOE tested by the Council. Vehicles supplied under lease shall be Road Taxed by the Tenderer. (ET Ref:267012).
